Accessing Tickets Transferred Through Fan First Tickets

If your tickets were sent via Fan First Tickets, this guide will help you locate the transfer, accept it in time, and view your tickets for entry.

1. Check for the Ticket Transfer Email

Once your tickets are sent to you, you'll receive an email from fanfirsttickets.com or the performer.

• Follow the directions in the email
• This will take you to the sign-in page

Important: You have 48 hours to accept the transfer before it reverts back, so accept it as soon as possible.

2. Sign In to Accept Your Tickets

Once on the sign-in page, you may need to:

• Log in using the email address the tickets were sent to
• Sign up and create an account if you don't already have one

Once accepted, your tickets will appear under Manage Tickets.

3. View Your Tickets Closer to Event Day

Scannable QR codes appear roughly 24 hours before the event. Once available:

• View your QR codes under Manage Tickets
• Add them to your Apple or Google Wallet if you'd like

These QR codes are what will be used for entry at the venue.

• Always sign in or sign up using the email tied to your order
• Accept your transfer promptly — it will revert back after 48 hours if left unaccepted
• Don't worry if your QR code isn't showing yet, it becomes available about a day before the event
