Accessing Tickets Transferred Through Impact Tickets

If your tickets were sent via Impact Tickets, this guide will help you locate the transfer, claim your tickets, and get them ready for entry.

1. Check for the Ticket Transfer Email

Once your tickets are sent to you, you'll receive an email from Impact Tickets or the home team/venue's Account Manager, powered by Impact Tickets.

• Look for an email with instructions to claim or view your tickets
• Follow the directions included in the email to get started

• Visit https://www.myimpacttickets.com/login directly
• Log in or create an account from there

2. Sign In to View Your Tickets

Clicking the link in the email, or visiting myimpacttickets.com/login directly, will take you to the login page. Depending on your account status, you may need to:

• Log in using the email address the tickets were sent to
• Create an account if you don't already have one

3. Find and Download Your Tickets

Once logged in, you'll land on your dashboard:

• Click Purchased Items
• Click Downloads
• Click Agree to Terms and Service
• Download your ticket PDF

4. Add Your Tickets to Your Mobile Wallet

• Click Add to Apple Wallet
• Connect your wallet when prompted
• Your tickets will be saved and ready to scan at the gate
